Our goal is simple: To teach you about the state job process and how to get a job with the state of California.

Introduction
IWG Consulting provides classroom and online training on how to get a job with the state of California. We aim to help people get a state job or get them further in their career. To help you better understand us, we'll explain how our goal is woven into everything we do.

Our Process
For most people, getting a state job is a daunting, complicated, opaque process. Bureaucracy at its finest. To achieve our goal, we simplify the state job process into smaller, easier to understand pieces. We teach you the process, provide you with context, explain how everything works, provide you with various reference materials, answer your questions, and share our experience. Overall, what we provide to you in our course is drawn from years of practical, ground level, on-the-job experience.

Our Background
Our experience comes from over 20 years with the state experience and over 10 years as a hiring manager. Simply put, we know how the process works because we’ve done it - as an interviewee and hiring manager. This means we've seen and learned the tried and true ways to navigate the process. Over the years, we have mentored friends, family, and staff to get the results they're looking for. More importantly, our guidance has already helped others get learn how to get a state job and help them get the jobs they want.

Experienced Based Coaching
For many, the CA state job process is intimidating. We know how to help. During our courses, we teach you about the entire process beginning to end. We'll explain you the state job process, how it works, and how to successfully get through it.
Years of real world interviewing, hiring, and mentoring experience informs the material in our courses. This experience allows us to understand the process inside and out. It also helps us know how to simplify the process. In our course, we'll give you useful, straightforward, and practical information.
State Job Guidebook
Competitive Pricing
As part of each course, you'll receive a copy of our free state job guide book. All the information is presented in the same, simple, easy to understand style as our presentations. On top of that, we'll also provide you with several other helpful state documents and everything is yours to keep.
Our sessions are priced at an introductory amount of $25 per session, allowing more people to take our courses. Several other popular state job courses, cost anywhere from $100 to $300 per session. Even with our price, you'd be hard pressed to find another class that provides the same level of simplicity, quality, and knowledge.
